Enjoy a true luxury experience in this fantastic, newly remodeled mountain home. Centrally located a mile above the lake, a mile east of the Village and even closer to Snow Summit ski resort, this home has everything you could ask for and more. Step into the living room and relax in the overstuffed leather furniture. Enjoy your favorite shows on the large screen flat panel HD TV on the wall with a fire roaring in the large rock fireplace. Step through the elegent dining room into the gorgeous kitchen featuring granite counters, stainless steel appliances and a gourmet range.  Just a few steps down is the large game room with full sized pool table, another TV and fireplace. Wireless Internet is provided. The open floor plan means everyone can be together while still enjoying separate activities. Lodge décor, full bathroom and a High Efficiency washer and dryer complete the first level. Of course it has central heat which is great on those chilly winter days!

There’s a huge back yard with a spacious deck that features a large barbecue and sink. Enjoy the pine scented air while you relax in the sparkling hot tub. The grounds and walkways are also new, and, weather permitting, there is a horseshoe pit.

On the second floor you will find 3 bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a King sized bed, TV with cable and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed and the third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds, making this home perfect for 2 families. There is a third full bathroom as well.

Of course, it’s fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glassware and everything you need to cook a full meal. As part of the linen setup, sheets and towels will be on the beds and in the baths when you arrive. This cabin sleeps 8 and is allowed 3 cars.

This cabin is located on a non-maintained street so 4 wheel drive or chains are recommended and may be necessary in snow conditions.

Pets welcome (dogs only please) for an additional nightly fee. No smoking is allowed in this home. Home must be left in clean condition (except laundry) to avoid additional charges.

The regular rate is $499 per night, $399 off-season or midweek, and there is a one-time linen and cleaning fee of $150 as well as a $400 refundable security deposit.
