We named it 'Snow Big Deal' because it's a great deal for anyone who wants to be walking distance from Snow Summit.  This comfy, clean and cozy condo is not only a great winter destination, but being less than a mile from the lake, Village and major grocery stores, it's a great destination year-round.  Enjoy ski slope views while you sip your après-ski cocoa in front of the wood-burning fireplace in the winter, or go just a block down the street in the spring, summer and fall and rent a bike from the convenient rental shop.

This 2-story condo features 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms.  The master bedroom has a King sized bed and the second bedroom has 2 bunk beds, each with a full on the bottom and a twin on top.  There is a washer and dryer for your convenience, too.

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glassware.  This condo sleeps 5 and is allowed 2 cars parked behind the garage. There is limited parking out front on Summit Blvd as well.

No pets or smoking is allowed in this home.

The regular rate is $199 per night, and there is a one-time linen and cleaning fee of $150 as well as a $200 refundable security deposit.
