This Alpine Family Retreat is the perfect getaway for your family or group. Not only is it within a mile of the lake and the village, it is a very short walk to Snow Summit . Located in a quiet neighborhood, you will feel right at home in this comfy family that has 3 bedrooms, large loft and 2 full baths. There is a warm and cozy stone fireplace and real wood paneling in the large living / dining room. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glassware, basic cookware, and a dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience and central forced air heat for your comfort. There is a phone with free local calls. Outside, there is a large wrap-around deck to enjoy the tall pines and mountain air! You can even take advantage of the attached garage to keep your vehicle out of the elements. Two vehicles may park in front and two more in the garage.

This home sleeps 8. Sheets and towels are on the beds and in the bathroom so you are ready to go. The downstairs master bedroom has a Queen sized bed. The second downstairs bedroom has a full sized bed and the large upstairs "bunk room" has 6 twin beds. The spacious loft has a full sized futon and a game table and looks down onto the living room and fireplace.

The regular rate is $229 per night, $399 on peak weekends and holidays, a refundable security deposit of $399, and there is a one-time linen and cleaning fee of $150. Sorry, no Pets are allowed in this home, but pets are welcome in some other homes.
